    Standard Scheduling

Our Standard Scheduling option is designed for organizations and individuals who can schedule their training at least seven days in advance. This allows us to coordinate instructors, equipment, and logistics while providing the most flexibility. Standard Scheduling includes all of the same high-quality training and certification options without any additional scheduling fees. Whether you're scheduling CPR certification for a workplace, healthcare office, school, or family, this is our most economical option. We recommend booking as early as possible to maximize date and time availability.
    4-6 Day Notice | $150 fee

    Expedited Scheduling

Expedited Scheduling is available for requests made four to six days before the desired training date. This option allows us to prioritize your request and make accommodations within our existing training calendar. It is ideal for organizations facing upcoming compliance deadlines, new employee onboarding, or unexpected scheduling changes. While availability is not guaranteed, we make every effort to accommodate expedited requests whenever possible. An additional scheduling premium applies due to the increased coordination required.
    Within 3 days | $ 300 FEE

    Urgent Scheduling

Urgent Scheduling is reserved for requests requiring training within 72 hours. These situations often arise when certifications are expiring, inspections are approaching, or staffing requirements create immediate training needs. Because urgent scheduling may require instructor reassignment, schedule modifications, or after-hours coordination, an urgent scheduling premium applies. We will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, but availability depends on instructor and equipment resources. If your situation is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
Classes starting after 5 PM | $100 Fee

    Evening Training

Not every team can step away from work during the day. Evening Training is available for classes beginning after 6:00 PM and provides flexibility for businesses, healthcare providers, and families with busy daytime schedules. This option allows participants to complete training outside of normal business hours while receiving the same hands-on instruction and certification. Evening scheduling requires additional instructor availability and coordination, which is reflected in the scheduling premium. Availability may be limited based on instructor schedules.
Saturday or Sunday Class | $150 FEE

    Weekend Training

Weekend Training is available for organizations and individuals who prefer Saturday or Sunday scheduling. This option is popular for healthcare teams, businesses with weekday staffing demands, churches, youth organizations, and families. Weekend training provides the same comprehensive instruction and certification while minimizing disruptions to normal operations. Because weekend availability is limited and often in high demand, a weekend scheduling premium applies. Early scheduling is recommended whenever possible.
    Major holidays | $300

    Holiday Training

Holiday Training is available for organizations with unique scheduling needs that cannot wait until regular business days. This option is designed for healthcare facilities, public safety organizations, industrial employers, and other groups that operate year-round. Holiday scheduling requires significant instructor flexibility and often impacts personal holiday time, resulting in a holiday scheduling premium. Availability is extremely limited and may not be offered on every holiday. If holiday training is required, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss availability and logistics.
Free within 50 miles of Brandon, MS | $65 per additional 50 miles.

    Travel Fee

Travel within 50 miles of Brandon, Mississippi is included at no additional charge. For training locations beyond 50 miles, a travel fee of $65 for each additional 50-mile increment may apply to help cover instructor travel time and transportation costs. We believe in transparent pricing, so any applicable travel fees will always be discussed, explained, and confirmed before your training is scheduled. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees, and we will work with you to determine the most cost-effective option for your location whenever possible.
